Azamara Cruises has introduced the Azamara Cruises Travel Advisor Council, a fresh advisory initiative aimed at enhancing collaboration between the brand and leading travel advisors while strengthening alignment across marketing, sales, and guest experience efforts. This program further affirms Azamara’s commitment to fostering meaningful, enduring relationships within the advisor community.
The Council unites a carefully chosen group of high-achieving travel advisors who will act as trusted collaborators with Azamara’s leadership team. Members of the Council will offer strategic insights, feedback on products, and frontline perspectives to assist in shaping future initiatives, tools, and programs that promote advisor success and boost guest satisfaction.
“This council signifies our dedication to listening, learning, and evolving alongside our travel advisor community,” stated Michelle Lardizabal, chief sales officer for North America at Azamara Cruises. “By formalizing this advisory group, we are ensuring that the input from advisors directly impacts our business through the expertise of our esteemed partners.”
Via organized collaboration sessions, continuous dialogue, and prioritized access to important initiatives, the ten Travel Advisor Council members selected by the line’s sales managers from the U.S. and Canada will assist in testing innovative concepts, fine-tuning processes, and promoting Azamara within the industry.
The Azamara Cruises Travel Advisor Council involves a commitment of 12 months, incorporating advisors from various markets, specialties, and customer segments throughout North America. Participants must have at least five years of industry experience focused on cruises, be graduates of AWA, and have both sold and cruised with Azamara.
