In the communiqué, Moore, who achieved his CTC certification during the 1990s and is currently pursuing his CTIE, expressed that he feels “privileged” to join the board of directors.

“I understand from personal experience how vital education is to a travel professional’s prosperity. I eagerly anticipate partnering with my fellow board members and other leaders in the industry to guarantee that our students continue to thrive,” he stated.

Moore, along with the rest of the board, will collaborate with the new president of the Travel Institute, Taylor Ahlsmith Ruecking, who took on the role in January after spending 11 years with The Travel Institute.
