Seabourn is initiating a series of culinary upgrades throughout its fleet, aimed at enhancing the guest experience within Seabourn Square and The Colonnade.
“Culinary experiences are among the most impactful ways we connect our guests to the destinations they visit,” stated Mark Tamis, president of Seabourn. “The improvements we’re making in Seabourn Square and The Colonnade illustrate our ongoing commitment to using fresh ingredients, telling regional stories, and crafting unforgettable dining experiences infused with warmth and hospitality.”
Seabourn Square
Seabourn Square has been thoroughly updated with new dinnerware and revised menu displays, now featuring a wider array of freshly made warm options, such as breakfast sandwiches, savory quiches, and Roman-style pizzas. The refreshed menu also presents a variety of toasted sandwiches, including Monte Cristo, Croque Monsieur, and others. These additions enhance the existing selection of beloved fresh pastries, sandwiches, and desserts that have been favorites among guests.
Moreover, select ships will also receive additional bistro-style seating within the café.
The enhancements to Seabourn Square are being rolled out across the fleet in stages, with completion expected by the middle of 2026.
Revitalized Colonnade Breakfast and Lunch
Seabourn has also transformed the daytime dining atmosphere in The Colonnade, crafting a brighter, more culinary-driven space that embodies the brand’s dedication to fresh produce and local inspirations. This upgraded experience focuses more on chef engagement, made-to-order dishes, and flavors influenced by the destinations.
Improvements feature entirely revamped breakfast and lunch menus, including multiple live cooking stations that offer made-to-order omelets, carving choices, a daily fresh fish selection, freshly pressed juices, and beyond.
Seabourn Encore and Seabourn Ovation have also incorporated additional bistro-style seating.
The enhancements to The Colonnade have been successfully implemented fleetwide.
Seabourn plans to continue unveiling new culinary experiences throughout the year, with more information to be shared at a later time.
