For those visiting Bali, a newly launched resort on the island accommodates both adults and families, as well as catering to travelers interested in either hotel-only options or all-inclusive packages.
Paradisus by Meliá Bali has recently opened its doors, showcasing 492 upscale suites, which include seven exclusive garden villas, in the sought-after beachfront location of Nusa Dua, situated on the southern coast of this Indonesian paradise.
This opening signifies the first establishment for Meliá Hotels International’s Paradisus brand in Asia, occurring over forty years since the company inaugurated its inaugural property in Bali.

“Bali is integral to Meliá’s narrative. We take pride in witnessing that legacy transform today. This resort embodies an innovative approach to experiencing a destination that many travelers around the world believe they already understand,” stated Gabriel Escarrer Jaume, chairman and CEO of Meliá Hotels International. “With a thoughtful design, immersion in local culture, and the comfort of our all-inclusive model, Paradisus by Meliá Bali encourages guests to uncover a more profound, interconnected aspect of the island, allowing each visitor to define their own sense of wellbeing.”
Clients can select between bed-and-breakfast or all-inclusive packages while making bookings. The resort boasts four swimming pools, eight dining establishments, and three bars, all set amid lush gardens with views of the Indian Ocean.
Inside the resort lies The Reserve, an exclusive section for guests aged 16 and above, complete with a private beach and pool, as well as dedicated arrival and departure zones. Additionally, there is a Family Concierge and a Teens Club, along with numerous family-friendly spaces, from the Aquazone water park and slides to sports facilities and a karaoke center.

Culinary choices encompass Malva for all-day international fare, Peseta for authentic Spanish dishes, Kanna Beach Restaurant offering South American-inspired cuisine, Samira for Middle Eastern specialties, Tokimeku for Japanese options, and Arum for Indonesian dishes paired with Balinese performances. The venue also features three bars and a local coffee house.
The resort presents a variety of wellness, cultural, culinary, and adventure activities catering to a diverse audience, including programs for children and teenagers as well as adults-only experiences. Paradisus by Meliá’s Destination Inclusive initiative guarantees a wealth of activities, from attending a show at the Devan Show at Bali Nusa Dua Theatre to participating in Balinese arts and crafts to feeding fish and ducks.
When it comes to wellness, the establishment adheres to the brand’s Wellness Designed by Destination philosophy, which integrates local customs into the entire visitor experience, including fitness activities and treatments at the YHI Spa.
