TBO Tek Limited, a travel technology firm based in India specializing in B2B services, has declared the hiring of Aditi Madhok-Naarden as its new global chief human resources officer (CHRO), starting on February 23, 2026.
TBO stands as a prominent B2B travel platform, linking more than 159,000 travel purchasers with vendors across over 100 nations, driven by its unique technology. Recently, the international travel distribution firm completed the acquisition of Classic Vacations, with a purchase price reportedly at $125 million for the luxury tour operator.
In her capacity as CHRO, Madhok-Naarden will oversee TBO’s worldwide human capital strategy, emphasizing talent development, corporate culture, and workforce evolution to enhance the company’s continuous global scaling and growth.
