Railbookers has broadened its European offerings with the introduction of a new Stay and Explore Collection that links day excursions with prolonged hotel accommodations — giving travellers the ability to discover famous cities without the hassle of changing hotels frequently.
Railbookers’ Stay and Explore Collection includes 11 travel plans centered around key cities featuring hotel stays of two nights or longer, paired with day excursions reachable via brief train journeys. Activities encompass trips to noteworthy landmarks like palaces, castles, and ancient ruins, as well as food tours and wine tastings, along with visits to locations that highlight genuine European culture.
Upon its launch, the Stay and Explore Collection includes prolonged hotel stays in the following locations: London, England; Avignon, Lyon, Paris, and Reims, France; Munich, Germany; Rome, Florence, and Venice, Italy; Edinburgh and Inverness, Scotland; Barcelona, Spain; and Zurich, Switzerland.
“We created the Stay and Explore Collection in response to traveler input and interest — catering to those looking for a variety of experiences while enjoying the comfort and ease of the same hotel each night,” stated Andrew Channell, Railbookers Group senior vice president of product. “These journeys highlight carefully chosen daytime activities and provide travelers the opportunity to immerse in the culture of renowned European cities once the sun sets.”
Each package within the collection can be customized to meet client desires, such as extending nights, adding activities, or including new destinations, or integrating the itinerary with other Railbookers trips.
