The innovative travel platform kimkim has introduced a new mobile application aimed at enhancing the management of trips for its bespoke itineraries.
kimkim acts as both a provider of custom travel experiences and a technology solutions partner, operating within a Destination Management Company (DMC) network. The tour operator is known for its unique, locally curated travel adventures.
While the company has engaged consumers for ten years, its venture into the B2B domain is more recent. Last November, kimkim unveiled a trade portal, which travel advisors can easily register for online. To celebrate the Q1 Wave Season, kimkim announced a giveaway for a FAM trip that will run through the end of March.
The mobile app serves as a planning tool for intricate, multi-day FIT trips, offering travelers a detailed and sequential view of their itineraries—comprising accommodations, activities, transfers, tickets, map links, and important contacts. All required confirmations, tickets, and meeting information are centralized within the app’s user-friendly interface.
This app is designed to assist travel advisors in providing smooth, tailored journeys while alleviating travel-day stress for clients. It’s available for both online and offline use, significantly decreasing last-minute inquiries so that advisors can concentrate more on building client relationships rather than logistical communications.
The kimkim mobile app can be downloaded now on both iOS and Android platforms.
